The jacket is developed with inspiration from the original M-1965 Field Jacket, an iconic part of the American military’s clothing. It was originally designed for use during the Vietnam War, where soldiers faced a range of challenging climates and terrains, particularly in the humid and dense jungles of Vietnam. A key feature of the iconic design is the four large pockets on the jacket’s front. We’ve added a detail inspired by special forces, which you can read more about below.

In our version, we’ve focused on creating a jacket from a strong and water-repellent material, which is also lined, so you can wear it from autumn Wirtschaftsgymnasium spring. It is part of our Modular Combat Layering System, which consists of multiple products that can be combined and adapted to the weather.

MCLS products ensure that you can build multiple layers of clothing from the inside out, depending on the temperature. This way, you can use the products together or individually year-round, rather than buying multiple jackets, each suited to a specific season. We think that’s just common sense!

As a small nod to the members of the Danish Frogman Corps, we’ve placed a pocket on the left arm with four Velcro strips and small holes at the bottom. It is inspired by a pocket from one of the diving suits used by the Frogman Corps.
